When you chat with the AIBOS Concierge, the agent asks you for a small set of fields, conversationally:
The full conversation transcript is stored alongside those fields so the AIBOS team can read the context, not just a summary.
For abuse prevention we also log a one-way hash of your IP address (we cannot recover the original IP from the hash) and per-IP request counts. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
One purpose only: a real person from the AIBOS team will follow up on your inquiry within two working days. The fields above are what they need to come back with something specific to your operation instead of generic.
Legal basis (for EU/UK readers): legitimate interest in handling B2B inquiries you initiated by opening the chat. You can object at any time by emailing privacy@runaibos.com.

Lead data and transcripts live in Neon Postgres in the US East region. The concierge runs on Vercel's global edge. Anthropic processes API requests in the regions Anthropic operates in. Email delivery goes through Resend.
If you're in the EU/UK, this means your inquiry data is transferred to the United States. We rely on the sub-processors' contractual safeguards (SCCs and equivalent) for that transfer.

This notice covers inquiry data — what you tell us when you ask about AIBOS via the chat or email. The named sub-processors above handle that data.
This notice does not cover operational data processed by the AIBOS operating system when deployed inside a customer's environment. When AIBOS runs your operation, your operational data — orders, accounts, workers, decisions — stays inside your environment, on infrastructure you control. It does not flow to Anthropic, Vercel, Neon, or anywhere else.
This is the sovereignty boundary that matters. Don't conflate the marketing inquiry surface with the runtime.
If we change anything material — new sub-processors, new data we collect, longer retention — we'll update the effective date at the top and call out the change in the next AIBOS team follow-up to existing leads. We won't change the legal basis or scope retroactively without your active consent.
